Digital Salon: An Evening with Jerry Downs

BDA's Digital Salons are a fun and unique hybrid of schmoozing and networking, art and technology, entertainment, and education. These FREE quarterly events bring together people from all different disciplines - filmmakers, photographers, web designers, mobile app developers and more!

Doors open at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, July 18 for our exciting Summer Digital Salon, featuring a presentation by renowned photographer Jerry Downs, plus ample time to meet new people and enjoy great food and drinks!

You'll also have an opportunity to address the crowd if you have a project to showcase or crew positions you'd like to fill. If you do want to speak, please arrive early to get your place on the sign-up sheet, as time is limited!

An Evening with Jerry Downs

Jerry Downs is an internationally recognized photographer, and author of THE PRESENT - Finding Myself in the Middle of NowHere. He lived in Boulder for 30 years before moving to San Francisco, and is returning to share his insightful and often humorous work.

Full of breathtaking photographs, this introspective book is set on the road in the American West, with Boulder playing a major part. Come to our summer Salon to hear Jerry discussing the experience of writing and using photography for self-discovery and get a FREE copy of his eBook!
