Boulder Digital Arts, in association with OpenArts, has arranged for you to have your artwork professionally photographed by award-winning photographer Stephen Collector at a very affordable price! Whether you need high-quality digital images of your work for entering competitions, or files of your images to put on your website, this is a great opportunity that you won't want to miss! Bring your paintings, drawings, sculptures, mixed-media, photographs, and framed pieces, and finally have professional digital images you can work with!

You can bring up to six pieces (maximum size no larger than 4 feet x 6 feet) to be photographed during your time slot each 2-D piece will be photographed on a black background, and each 3-D piece will be photographed on a white background. Everything will be photographed using professional studio lighting, as well as a high-resolution professional camera.

PLEASE NOTE:
If your pieces are difficult to carry, please be sure to bring someone who can assist you with bringing the pieces into the studio, as the photographer will be quite busy doing the shooting!

This event will take place on only ONE DAY, and reservations MUST be made in advance to secure a specific time slot on that day. To make your reservation, please email info@boulderdigitalarts.com with your name, phone number, and whether you have 2D or 3D art or call Boulder Digital Arts at 303-800-4647 Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are a limited number of time slots available, so please be sure to make your appointment as soon as possible so you don't miss out!

You will receive a CD that contains JPEG digital files of each of your images. Each file will be approximately 5 MB, which is MORE than enough for websites, and PLENTY big for most online submissions! (If for some reason you desire very high-resolution files for printing, BDA can provide them for an additional $50 fee when requested at the time you make your reservation. These would be 64 MB, 8-bit files (approximately 13 x18 inches @ 300 ppi).

When:  Saturday, March 5, 9am to 12noon:   3-dimensional pieces (sculptures, etc)
1pm to 5pm: 2-dimensional pieces (paintings, drawings, mixed-media, photographs, framed pieces, etc.)

Cost:   $135 ($110 for BDA members) - pre-registration required by phone or email

Disc Pick-Up: You can pick up your finished CD at Boulder Digital Arts anytime starting 9am on Tuesday March 8. BDA is open 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday, and is located at 1600 Range, Suite 100. Optional Payment Plan for Transitions Certificate Programs:

We want to make our training as accessible as possible so we offer a simple payment plan for our Transitions Certificate Programs. Each of the 4 payments is 25% of the total registration fee with no finance charges or other costs. The first payment will be taken when you register and the remaining 3 payments are paid every month for the following 3 months (detailed payment information in the table below). It's easy to take advantage of this option and we encourage you to sign up early since these programs often fill up fast! If you're interested, don't register online.
