Top Secret Places in GTA 5 That You Can't Miss and How to Find Them

GTA 5 came out in 2013 and was one of the biggest games ever made. Even though it's been out for a while, the game is still as impressive as it was back then. Rockstar Games was able to not only recreate parts of Los Santos and the state of San Andreas that were first seen in GTA: San Andreas but also add new areas to the area.
The game has a lot of cool side quests and inside jokes all over the city. It also has a lot of cool easter eggs and secrets that only the sharpest players will find. Los Santos and County in GTA 5 is one of the most interesting places in modern games, with references to pop culture and real aliens and ghosts.
Here, we take a look at some of the hidden places and references that Rockstar snuck into the game, giving players a lot to do outside of the main story.
No Country for Old Men
It's been clear for a long time that the Houser brothers, especially Dan Houser, love movies and find ways to put them into their Grand Theft Auto games. The Oscar-nominated movie "No Country for Old Men" by Joel and Ethan Coen was one of the most important movies of the 2000s and seems to have had a big effect on how Westerns are shown in movies today.
Rockstar showed how much they love movies when they recreated a scene from the 2008 movie at this secret location. At the base of Mount Chiliad, just off the road, there are several cars and bodies in a field. There is only one person left alive in the mess, and he or she will tell the player not to take the silver briefcase that is lying nearby.
The player can, of course, choose to take the money, but then they will be chased down on the highway by several cartel members. This is a clear reference to the beginning of the movie No Country for Old Men when Josh Brolin's character finds himself in a similar deal gone wrong.
The Haunting of Mount Grodo
If the player spends a lot of time in GTA 5 listening to the radio or looking at the internet, they will hear about the famous stuntman Jock Cranley and his wife Jolene Cranley-Evans. Jock is suspected of killing his wife, and the player will hear about them. People say that Jock Cranley was arrested for killing his wife Jolene by pushing her off the edge of Mount Gordo.
But Jock was then let go without being charged, and the police found that Jolene's death was a mistake. In GTA 5, there is a story in which Jolene's ghost haunts the cliff at Mount Gordo. Ghost hunters can check it out for themselves in the game.
If the player goes to the cliffs of Mount Gordo between 23:00 and midnight, they might catch a glimpse of a ghost at the mountain's base. When the players look more closely, they will see the ghost of Jolene Cranley-Evan hovering over a rock with the name "Jock" written in blood on it.
This is one of the scariest secrets in GTA 5, and it may also be one of the coolest ways the series has built its world.
UFOs and Aliens
There are a lot of secrets and Easter eggs all over Los Santos and County that point to the fact that aliens live in the world of Grand Theft Auto. The first time you see an alien is right at the start of the game in Ludendorff. Once the player gets into the getaway car, they can drive under a bridge on a frozen lake and see the body of an alien just below the surface.
This is just the first of many, as players can then see something much bigger off the coast of Procopio Beach. Players can explore the depths of the ocean with a submersible like Mini-Sub. Miles below the surface, there is a defunct UFO just lying on the ocean floor.
The next UFO sighting is a bit harder because players have to finish the game 100 to get it. The completion screen in the Pause Menu can be used to keep track of this. Once the player has finished the game 100, they can go to Sandy Shores and use a jet, helicopter, or jetpack to fly up into the sky to see a huge UFO.
There are a couple more UFOs in the sky above both Fort Zancudo and Mount Chiliad. Players should know that they must finish the game 100 before seeing the last UFO above Mount Chiliad.
