Nathaniel Kramer

Nathaniel Kramer is an editor, cameraman, writer and educator who has worked on documentary films, internationally cablecast television, privately marketed, and internet-distributed projects.

Nat has been editing video and film for 20 years, and completed his first digital project in 1998. He can find an effective editing workflow on Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or even a flatbed Steenbeck. Most comfortable in the digital environment, he loves editing as a vehicle to compress experience, and to convey emotion and salient information in today’s mediated environment.

A strategic, thoughtful cameraman, he leverages his knowledge of the post-production process to shoot for the edit, and create visual sequences that are built from compelling individual shots. Nat’s shot in locations ranging from professional broadcast studios to the remote and hostile winter alpine environment.

Nat's worked the entire production pipeline, and loves making a quality product with the available resources on any given project. He enjoys cycling, strategy games, people and music of all kinds. Feel free to be in touch!
