I've been creating with sound and video in some form for as far back as I can remember. I'd secretly use my Dad's giant VHS camcorder to make a quick video as often as possible until I was old enough to get my own gear. The same went for TAPE recorders. Nothing's changed.
I currently play in my home project studio using software like FinalCut, Logic, ProTools and Reason. I like to record on a Zoom H4 due to its lovely stereo mics and portability.
More recent experiences include live album recordings and production, indie film boom-op and post-production, commercial radio edits for Colorado DOT and the web, and various related side projects while learning sound design for visual media (Audio Post-Production) at the Institute of Production and Recording in Minneapolis, MN.
