Our coworking space is designed specifically for creative professionals, start-ups, independent corporate employees, telecommuting professionals, consultants, professional service providers, creative non-professionals, and entrepreneurs. We invite you to come down and work here for a day at no charge to see what it's like; no hard sell, no obligation. If you like it - great - maybe you'll come back sometime. Coworking is the idea that talented people working together creates a nice synergy. In our shared, spacious, open coworking area, you'll have your own modern desk at which to work, with your own locked storage area. If you have a meeting, or need to demo something to a client, there are several private conference rooms, as well as other areas to work, or relax. As the coworking wiki page describes: coworking is redefining the way we do work. The idea is simple: that independent professionals and those with workplace flexibility work better together than they do alone. Coworking answers the question that so many face when working from home or in coffeeshops: "Why isn't this as fun as I thought it would be?"

Our normal operating hours for those without 24/7 access (non-residents) is Monday - Thursday from 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am - 5pm.

Current Pricing

  • Private Offices: $600/month.
    Offices with locking doors. 6-12 month lease required. All inclusive! Office #3 is $775/month, office #10 is $650/month.
  • Coworking Resident: $300/month.
    Permanent desk location with a locking storage cabinet.
  • Coworking Day Pass: $10/day for BDA members and $15/day for non-members.
    Community seating at shared coworking table.
  • Coworking Week Pass: $45/week for BDA members and $60/week for non-members.
    Community seating at shared coworking table.
  • Coworking Month Pass: $150/month for BDA members and $200/month for non-members.

  • Conference Room Only: $15/hour (BDA membership required).
